Facilities

We are proud of our outstanding Food Hygiene Rating of 5 at our on site Donkey Diner.

We offer a wide selection of hot and cold food and drinks, as well as snacks if you are feeling peckish. Gluten Free and Vegetarian options are available.

Food buckets to feed our donkeys, pigs, sheep, and goats are available to purchase at the Donkey Diner for a small fee.

We also have bespoke food that can be purchased separately for our alpacas and ducks.

Our staff are available to give guidance on how to feed the animals and will happily support you during the activity if desired. 

There are hand washing facilities on site which are located at the end of the Donkey Diner, next to the loos, and between the Bouncy Castle and the Farm Walk.

There is also Hand Gel placed around the site in key areas. This is to protect you, ourselves and our animals.  

Our Bouncy Castle is on site all year round and is in use daily during good weather.

The bouncy castle will be closed if there are any adverse weather conditions; this is for the safety of our customers. 

There are toilets on site for customers  to The Donkey Diner and The Donkey Sanctuary. They are located to the right of the picnic tables, next to the wooden shed.

We have a car park on site for all customers to use. Follow the directions and signage to find us. For GPS, we are postcode B79 0JS.

Our car park can accommodate up to 30 cars. During busier times and events, we have overflow parking spaces available which can accommodate a further 50 vehicles. 

On busy days and events, there will be a marshal directing you on where to park. We ask for you to politely respect them.
